HSE Policy

The construction safety practice has been framed to regulate the working conditions of any labour under Beetamax Contracting L.L.C who is involved in construction activities. Our company shall protect the place of work for each of our employees engaged in construction work at all our sites.

Health, Safety and Environment Protection Policy

Control’s Policy Statement on Enforcement of Regulations
A. The purpose and method of enforcement:
  • Ensure that duty holders take action to deal immediately with risks.
  • Promote and achieve sustained compliance with regulations.
  • Inspectors may offer duty holders information and advice, both face to face and in writing.
  • May also serve improvement and prohibition notices, withdraw approvals, or issue formal cautions.
B. Principles for enforcement of regulations Proportionality:
  • Relate enforcement action to the risks.
  • Take account of how far the duty holder has fallen short of what the regulations require.
  • Evaluate the degree of risk versus the cost of averting it.
  • Expect relevant good practice to be followed or explicitly established.
  • Some irreducible risks may be too serious to be permitted at all.
Consistency:
  • Similar approach in similar circumstances to achieve similar results.
  • Recognize variables such as risk degree, management competence, enforcement history, and seriousness of breach.
  • Arrangements in place to promote consistent enforcement decisions.
Transparency:
  • Help duty holders understand what is expected and distinguish between mandatory and advisory elements.
  • Inspectors explain what must be done, why, and confirm advice if asked.
  • Discuss improvement notices before serving them and clarify prohibition notices thoroughly.

  • To establish, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000.
  • Project Quality Policy is a high-level strategic governance model for project quality goals and direction.
  • Provides vision regarding formal expectations and requirements of project quality through standards, plans, and procedures.
  • The policy is developed during the Project Planning Phase and serves as a base for the project quality management plan.
  • Ensures that expectations of senior management are met and appropriate methodologies are identified.
